loving
the lesson
and teaching from the heart
Hello! I am Lisa Avery and as a teacher, I have learned that, when a student strives to grow and learn something new, there comes a time with perseverance from them and guidance from me, when the lesson just "clicks". An aha moment if you will, that feels victorious for the student and so satisfying for me.
I have found that moment of victory can lead to a student LOVING what they have just learned, which can expand into a deep desire to LEARN MORE! That is when I know that, as a teacher, I have done my best because loving what we can do is so important to loving who we ARE.
Thank you for considering me to teach your students and feel free to reach out with any questions.
Sincerely,
Lisa Avery
